Baton Rouge Cardiology’s Patient Portal offers patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records. The portal enables you to securely use the internet to help manage and receive information about your health.
With the Patient Portal you can:
- Send messages to your doctor with non-urgent medical questions.
- Receive reminders and confirmations of upcoming appointments.
- Access your health summary.
- View lab results.
- Request prescription refills.
- Access patient education resources through nationally recognized sources.
- Download patient forms.
- View testing instructions.
Basic Troubleshooting
Having trouble logging in?
Forgot your username? Forgot your password?
Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
From the log in page, click on the link for “Forgot your username?” Or “Forgot your password?” This will open a page with your challenge questions allowing you to recover your username or password.
(Don’t request another activation link.)
Expired/Lost Activation Emails
Check your spam or junk folder first, and then contact Technical Support.
Don’t have an account yet?
New patients will receive an activation link in an email sent by our registration staff after completing new Patient Registration Forms and checking in for first appointments. From a computer, tablet or phone with internet, this link will enable you to log in and create your own username and password. Your unique link will expire after 7 days.
Established patients who do not have a Patient Portal account, can alert our registration staff at your next clinic visit and they will assist you in signing up for the Patient Portal. Or contact Technical Support.

Is there a fee to use the Patient Portal?
The Patient Portal is a free service we offer to our patients and there is no fee.
Is the Patient Portal secure?
Great care is taken to ensure your health information is kept secure and private. Access to information is controlled through secure activation links, personal usernames and passwords. Each Patient Portal user has a unique password, and that account cannot be accessed without that password. All Patient Portal interactions are done while you’re securely logged into the Patient Portal website.
It’s recommended that you log out of your Patient Portal session if you need to leave your computer for even a short period of time.
Can my family member or legal representative use the Patient Portal to view my information?
Proxy (a patient-assigned user who has access to the patient’s information) is not allowed. Patient Portal access is granted to the patient only.
Can I upload test results from another medical provider to my Patient Portal for my physician to see?
You cannot upload photos or documents to the Patient Portal.
Can I print information from my Patient Portal?
Yes. You can print information in an easy-to-read format by clicking the printer icon. This makes it easy to share health information with other health care facilities, providers or an employer.
