What to do if your insurance is not listed
We try to provide a comprehensive list at all times, but if you do not see your insurance in the list below, please call our office to speak to an insurance specialist to determine if we can accept your insurance plan.
Billing Questions and Payment Plans
Insurance Filing: Baton Rouge Cardiology Center will file your insurance claims for you. Because of special requirements by insurance companies and frequent changes in the requirements, we must have a copy of your insurance card. When Baton Rouge Cardiology Center files your insurance claims, we ask your insurance company to send payment directly to us.
Co-pays: Many insurance plans require patients to pay a co-payment at the time of service. Please come to your appointment prepared to make your co-payment.
Deductibles: Many insurance plans require patients to pay a deductible. Please come to your appointment prepared to make payment towards your deductible, if required.

Baton Rouge Cardiology Center offers several convenient ways to pay your bill.
Pay Online
Make a payment via secure payment portal. Your payment will post to your Guarantor Account within 1-3 business days. Please have the account number from your statement available.
A receipt can be emailed to you at the time the payment is processed
